1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ecstasy services, including EcstasySpoofer and EcstasyCloner, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Ecstasy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software services on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

• You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of our service
• You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Subscription Terms

Ecstasy services are provided on a subscription basis through Whop license keys:

• EcstasySpoofer: $15.00 per month
• EcstasyCloner: $49.00 per month
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, laws, or ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that Ecstasy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Privacy

Your use of Ecstasy services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ecstasy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ecstasy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
