By accessing and using Ecstasy services, including EcstasySpoofer and EcstasyCloner, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Ecstasy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software services on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of our service
You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Subscription Terms

Ecstasy services are provided on a subscription basis through Whop license keys. Our subscription model ensures you have continuous access to our professional Instagram automation tools.

Ecstasy Bot Standard: $49.00 per month - Up to 10 accounts with full automation suite
Ecstasy Bot Pro: $99.00 per month - Up to 50 accounts with priority support and advanced analytics
Ecstasy Cloner: $49.00 per month - Unlimited app clones with device fingerprinting
Ecstasy Spoofer: $15.00 per month - Image metadata removal and transformation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods
All pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice
Payment processing is handled securely through our partner Whop

By subscribing to any Ecstasy service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials and license keys.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our services:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, laws, or ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that Ecstasy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ecstasy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Ecstasy platform, including all software, documentation, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Ecstasy and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Ecstasy.

You acknowledge that the software contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.

11. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of Ecstasy services, you agree to use our tools responsibly and in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You understand that:

You are solely responsible for your account activity and any consequences thereof
You must not engage in spammy behavior or actions that violate platform policies
You should implement appropriate delays and human-like patterns when using automation
You must not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm other users
You are responsible for backing up any important data or content

12. Updates and Modifications

Ecstasy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
